Named after Tali, the first pony owned by Riding for the Disabled (RDA), our local Talisman RDA group was established at Cloud Stables in 1989 and is a fully paid up, and fully insured, Member Group of the national RDA organisation.

As with all RDA groups, the Talisman Group is run by a number of trustees (shown below) who manage it's day to day activities whilst organising the weekly lessons for both children and adults. The group is so successful that we now have a waiting list for adult group lessons and children's group lessons.

However, if you can't get into a group lesson, then we also have private one-2-one lessons available whilst younger riders can take part in 'Tots Trot - Down The Lane.
